We take pride in making custom, handmade items that bring joy to our customers. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window:
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it if you’re not happy with it for any reason.

Eligibility:
Because our products are custom-made, returns are accepted only after the item is returned to us in its original condition. Please contact us first before sending any item back.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at sales@magnetsbykathi.com with your order details. We’ll respond with return instructions.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Important Notes:

• We do not accept returns without prior contact.

• We do not accept returns for bulk custom orders (e.g., sets of 100 personalized items) unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
